Bookkeeper / Office Manager

This position requires the following:

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide accounting and clerical support
  • Provide support to management team
  • Posting of journal entries and liaise with external accountant for adjustments
  • Processing of A/P and A/R
  • Perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Process payroll
  • Maintenance of company files
  • Scheduling of client appointments, correspondence as needed
  • Filing and other clerical duties as needed
  • Perform daily processes correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed


Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online is a requirement.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)


Experience:


  • Bookkeeping: 4 years minimum (Required)
  • Accounting: 4 years minimum (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 4 years minimum (Required)
